In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, and the Act on Personal Data Protection of May 10, 2018, we inform you that:
- The administrator of your personal data is Warsaw Properties sp. z o.o., headquartered in Warsaw, ul. K. Brodzińskiego 27, KRS: 0000217422, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The Administrator informs you that providing data is voluntary but necessary to perform the requested service.

- We hold your personal data in connection with the realization of your inquiry regarding our area of activity (e.g., inquiry about real estate), via email, industry portals with listings (e.g., otodom.pl / morizon.pl), our website, phone, or personal contact;
- Your personal data is processed for purposes necessary to provide intermediary services and to fulfill obligations (e.g., tax obligations) arising from the intermediary agreement or other agreements concluded with us (e.g., property management agreement). Additionally, legal regulations require the processing of clients’ personal data for tax and accounting purposes. Furthermore, we process personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator;
- Your personal data may be shared with transaction parties engaged through the Administrator, entities supporting us in providing services, which ensure accounting, IT, and consulting services (e.g., financial and credit consulting provided by external companies), our employees, and collaborators based on data entrustment agreements.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, as well as after its termination for the purposes of:
- seeking claims related to the execution of the contract,
- fulfilling obligations arising from legal regulations, particularly tax and accounting regulations,
- preventing abuse and fraud (sharing data upon request, e.g., with the police)
- statistical and archival purposes,
- for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of completion of the contract;
- Your personal data will be stored for marketing purposes until you oppose such processing;
- Providing your personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary;
- We require you to provide the following personal data for the conclusion and execution of the intermediary agreement: first name and last name, email address or phone number, nationality, ID card or passport number and series, residential address, or correspondence address;
- We guarantee the fulfillment of all your rights arising from the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e., the right of access, rectification, and deletion of data, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data;
- We inform you of your right to request the Administrator to grant you access to your personal data, to rectify, delete, restrict processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
